Campus Church invites you to a weekend of spiritual enrichment. Practical biblical teaching centered around the theme, A Place for You, coupled with opportunities for fellowship, relaxation, and recreation, will enrich your life and strengthen your walk with the Lord.

Amy Fennell – GUEST SPEAKER

Amy has worn many hats in the last 30 years—wife, mom, Christian school teacher, pastor’s wife. Currently she travels with her husband for Worldview Ministries, raising awareness and funds to further Scripture translation around the world. Her story lends a unique, relevant perspective to her Bible teaching.

She and Bill have five boys, two wonderful daughters-in-law and two grand babies – also boys!

Registration and Accommodations

Register on Realm by September 12 either online through Realm or by contacting the church office. Make checks payable to Campus Church.

The retreat fee is $65 per person which includes lodging, meals (Fri. dinner – Sat. lunch), and activities. A $10 Early Bird discount is available for those who register by Monday, August 25. 

Payment is required when registering. There is no discount for partial attendance.

A day-only option is available for those who prefer to attend the retreat sessions and activities but not stay overnight. The cost is the same for both options.

Full refunds are given for those who cancel by phone with the church office through September 12. After that time, a $25 cancellation fee will be subtracted from the refund.

The retreat will be held at Camp o’ the Pines in a beautiful, wooded setting in northern Escambia County. We welcome you to stay overnight in a carpeted, air-conditioned, modern cabin with bath. A day-only option is also available.

Each cabin will accommodate up to 10 ladies. If you so desire, please submit roommate requests with your application. Contact the church office if your group includes more than 10 ladies.

The retreat begins on Friday, September 19, with dinner at 6 p.m. You may check in as early as 3 p.m. The retreat concludes on Saturday, September 20, at 12:30 p.m.

Join us for a delightful crafting session on Friday afternoon from 3:30-5:00 p.m.! Create your own beautiful DIY fabric wreath using a simple, no-sew technique that requires no glue—just fabric scraps and creativity. Choose between festive Christmas colors or warm fall tones when you register.

Cost: $12 per wreath. Advanced registration required—find the craft option under “Additional Items” during registration.

 *Dress for the retreat is casual. For zip lines, closed-toed shoes are required, and pants are recommended.

REAL Moms

Are you a mom looking for a R.E.A.L connection: Relationships, Encouragement, Acceptance, and Laughter? Then R.E.A.L. Moms is for you! It's a group of moms and their kids who get together for free or low-cost activities. While the kids are building friendships, moms get to connect and build relationships too. Our activity schedule varies based on the season. Activities are posted on the W2W Facebook page and in the Realm W2W group. If you are not a member of either group, join today or contact the church office for more information.

Fellowships

Fellowship with other women throughout the year through our many events planned specifically to connect with other women in our church.

Serving together

There are so many ways to get involved in serving others together at Campus Church. Help make meals for new moms, volunteer at Ronald McDonald House, or write letters to encourage people in our church.

Caring for individuals and families impacted by various special needs

Our Special Needs Ministry is focused on ministering to individuals and families impacted by various special needs. We serve individuals of all ages in a sensory- friendly environment.

Sensory-friendly classroom: This option is available for children who would benefit from a quieter space with sensory activities, lessons, music, and crafts. Our Special Needs Class meets every service and operates under a one-on-one buddy system.

Buddy Program

This accommodation is available upon request of parents who would prefer their child to participate in mainstream activities with a buddy. This includes Sunday School, Children’s Choir, VBS, Master Clubs, and Youth Group. 

Community Involvement 

Our volunteers and families participate in many events and activities hosted by Miracle League, Special Olympics, and Autism Pensacola. We offer a Day at Pensacola Christian College’s Sports Center for our kids and teens in the special needs ministry to participate in a variety of activities with a buddy. In the spring, we invite families of special needs to enjoy a Day of Play at a local park for an opportunity to connect with other families and their buddies.

The Insights Bible Study focuses on Bible exposition with a strong emphasis on practical application. Andrew Johnson brings years of experience as a Bible instructor at Pensacola Christian College, along with more than a decade of ministry at Camp o’ the Pines—not to mention a house full of children! Each lesson is designed to be an enriching study of God’s Word that encourages and challenges believers in their walk with God.

This group meets at 9 a.m. on Sundays in MacKenzie Great Hall B.
